Siempre me ha apasionado el retrato clásico que llevaban a cabo El Caravaggio, Leonardo da Vinci y especialmente Rembrandt. En la fotográfia una de mis referencias siempre ha sido Yousuf Karsh.
Continúo perfeccionando la técnica del sfumato aplicando sucesivas capas de ajuste por Curvas hasta lograr la iluminación deseada.

Con el fondo blanco fue muy fácil poder duplicar a la protagonista para obtener esta composición.
El color rojizo lo conseguí durante el postprocesado, añadiendo una nueva Capa de Ajuste (Tono/Saturación) y con la casilla de verificación Colorear activada apliqué el ajuste en el Tono(0) y en la Saturación(94).
With the white background it was very easy to duplicate the subject in order to obtain this composition.
The reddish colour was achieved during post processing by adding a new adjustment layer (Tone/Saturation) and with the Colorize check box activated I applied Tone(0) and Saturation(94).
Por cierto una Mamba es una serpiente arbórea de África central y meridional, cuya mordedura es a menudo fatal.
By the way, a Mamba is an arboreal snake from central and southern Africa whose bite is often fatal.
Tristeza vaga, profunda, sosegada y permanente, nacida de causas físicas o morales, que hace que no encuentre quien la padece gusto ni diversión en nada. Así define el Diccionario de la Real Academia de la Lengua Española la melancolía.
La actriz Sandra Fradera supo representar a la perfección este estado de ánimo para el proyecto Urban Woman.
A vague, profound, calm and permanent sadness born of physical or morale causes and which causes one who suffers it to find no pleasure or fun in anything. This is the definition of the term melancholy given by the Royal Academy of Spanish Language.
The actress Sandra Fradera perfectly displays this mood for the Urban Woman project.

Para un mayor control sobre este efecto os recomiendo que lo apliquéis sobre una capa duplicada de la original y ajustéis la Opacidad de la capa hasta conseguir el resultado óptimo.
To gain more control on this effect I recommend that you apply it to a duplicate layer of the original and then adjust the Opacity of the layer until you achieve the desired result.

Estaba tomándome un café en la Terraza Farqueo en el Muelle Levante del Puerto de Huelva (España) y me llamó la atención este barco amarrado. El postprocesado hizo el resto.
I was drinking a coffee Terrace of Farqueo on the Levante Dock of Huelva Port (España) and I noticed this moored ship. Post processing did the rest.
